Welcome to Altea & Guadalest.

Altea is one of the most photographed towns on the Costa Blanca, with whitewashed old streets, a blue-domed church, and views that have been catching painters for decades. Guadalest is a tiny fortified village in the mountains above — castle, reservoir, and the smallest historical museums in Spain.

Day by day.

  1. Day 1

    Stop 1: Departure from Valencia

Comfortable pickup from central Valencia at 8:30 with coffee, snacks, and a welcome kit. On the road by 8:45.

  2. Day 2

Stop 2: Altea old town walk

Guided wander through the artisan streets, the church viewpoint, and the studios of two ceramicists we've known for years.

  3. Day 3

    Stop 3: Long lunch

Lunch at a restaurant we've been working with for a decade — the menu the family actually eats, with local Costa Blanca wines.

  4. Day 4

    Stop 4: Guadalest

The mountain drive up to the castle, the reservoir lookout, the tiny historical museums in the old town.

  5. Day 5

Stop 5: Return at golden hour

Slow drive back to Valencia, sunset along the coast. Back in time for dinner with your new people.

Itinerary subject to weather and the rhythm of the day — we'd rather adjust than rush.
